Job Description: The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare providers. This role involves building strong relationships, educating clients about product benefits, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities: Product Promotion: Present and promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals to increase prescriptions.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.
Territory Management: Manage assigned territory effectively to achieve sales targets.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product knowledge, competitive products, and industry trends.
Compliance: Adhere to ethical marketing practices and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales calls, appointments, and territory progress for reporting purposes.
Event Participation: Organize and participate in promotional events, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and conferences.
Feedback Collection: Gather and communicate customer feedback and market insights to the sales and marketing teams.
Travel: Travel within the assigned territory to meet healthcare professionals and promote products.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales manager to align strategies and achieve goals.

Education Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or any related field.
Preferred: Training or certification in sales or medical marketing.
Experience: Previous experience in sales or healthcare is advantageous but not mandatory; entry-level candidates are often considered with the right attitude and aptitude.
