Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the hospital's overall operations, including clinical services, to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare.
Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures that improve efficiency and effectiveness, align with healthcare standards, and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the hospital complies with all healthcare regulations, standards, and practices, undergoing regular audits and making adjustments as necessary.
Financial Oversight: Oversee the financial health of the hospital, including budgeting, financial planning, and ensuring cost-effective use of resources without compromising on care quality.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage hospital staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous professional development.
Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance programs to monitor and improve the quality of healthcare services.
Stakeholder Relations: Maintain effective communication and relationships with all hospital stakeholders, including patients, staff, the community, and regulatory bodies.
Crisis Management: Lead and manage emergency responses to crises affecting hospital operations or patient care, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal outcomes.

Educational Background: Must possess a medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with further qualifications in healthcare or hospital administration (MD, MS, or Master's in Hospital Administration preferred).
Experience: Extensive experience in the healthcare sector, including significant managerial or leadership roles within a hospital setting.
Skills: Strong leadership and managerial skills, strategic thinking, financial acumen, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of healthcare laws and regulations.
