Job Description

1. Contributing to improved and cost-effective patient care by creating permanent medical records.
2. Transcribing medical data from doctors’ written or spoken notes, including symptoms, possible diagnoses, prescribed medications, and tests.
3. Categorizing conditions, treatments, and diagnoses using standardized healthcare codes and software programs.
4. Entering and updating medical records for healthcare professionals’ and insurance companies’ reference.
5. Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure the accuracy of medical records.
