Job Description: The Non-Clinical Training Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs for non-clinical staff within a healthcare organization. This role focuses on enhancing the skills and knowledge of administrative, support, and management staff to ensure efficient operation, compliance with regulations, and excellent patient services.

Key Responsibilities: Training Program Development: Design and revise training programs tailored to the needs of non-clinical staff, including administrative procedures, customer service, health information management, and compliance.
Training Delivery: Organize and conduct training sessions, workshops, and online courses for various departments, ensuring the content is accessible and engaging.
Performance Evaluation: Develop and implement methods to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments based on feedback and performance metrics.
Compliance Training: Ensure all non-clinical staff are up-to-date with healthcare regulations, privacy laws (such as HIPAA), and organizational policies.
Technology Training: Coordinate training on healthcare management software, electronic health records (EHR), and other technology tools used by non-clinical staff.
Leadership Development: Implement leadership and development programs for emerging leaders among the non-clinical staff.
Resource Management: Manage resources allocated for training, including budgets, materials, and technology.
Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and HR to identify training needs and develop career pathways for non-clinical staff.

Education Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in training and development, preferably within a healthcare or related setting.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills; proficiency in adult learning principles and training methodologies; adept at using educational technology and software.
Certifications: Certifications in training and development, such as ATD (Association for Talent Development) certification, are highly desirable.
