Job Description: A Nursing Incharge, also known as a Nurse Manager, oversees the nursing staff in a particular unit or department within a healthcare facility. They are responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, managing nursing operations, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Education Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required; Master’s degree in nursing or healthcare administration is highly preferred.
Licensure/Certification: Must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Additional certification in healthcare management or a clinical specialty is beneficial.
Experience: Extensive experience in nursing, with several years in a supervisory or management role within a healthcare setting.
