Job Description
- Nursing staff, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Nurse Practitioners (NPs), play a critical role in the healthcare system.
- They provide direct patient care, support recovery processes, and act as intermediaries between patients and physicians.
- Nurses are vital in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, monitoring patient progress, and educating patients and their families on health management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments to identify health needs and concerns.
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccines as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and response to treatments, adjusting care plans as necessary.

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and reports.

Education Qualifications
- For RNs: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) and passing the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN).
- For LPNs: Completion of a practical nursing program and passing the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-PN).
- For NPs: Master’s or doctoral degree in nursing and additional certification in a specialized area of practice.
- Current nursing license in the state of practice.
- Clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with specific requirements varying by role and specialty.
