Job Description

1. Schedule nurses’ shifts
2. Assign nurses to patients
3. Ensure nursing operational standards are met
4. Provide reports on productivity, quality and customer service metrics
5. Ensure all nurses follow policies and procedures
6. Train new team members
7. Evaluate nurses’ performance
8. Inform family members about medical procedures and doctors’ instructions
9. Handle complaints or other issues
