Job Description

1. Maintaining equipment inventory and ordering new supplies as needed
2. Preparing patient for treatment by recording medical history information and performing examinations
3. Instructing patients on the use of crutches, canes, walkers, braces, and other supports and devices
4. Performing diagnostic imaging studies such as X-rays, MRIs and CT scans
5. Recording patient progress including information on exercise routines and any problems that may have occurred as a result of treatment
6. Helping patients perform exercises and stretches to improve range of motion and prevent muscle atrophy
7. Cleaning and sterilizing equipment used in physical therapy sessions or surgical procedures
