Job Description
1. Respond to patient concerns timely and ensure patient satisfaction.
2. Schedule patient appointments and make reminder calls.
3. Greet patients and direct them to examination rooms.
4. Maintain patient medical records up-to-date.
5. Obtain insurance information from patients, process patient billings, and collect payments.
6. Collect and maintain patient health, demographic, insurance and financial information.
7. Develop patient care plan based on Physician’s assessment information.
8. Suggest process improvements to enhance patient services.
9. Maintain patient records confidential and secure.
