Job Description

1. Perform analytical and data entry task
2. Answer patient calls, emails and questions, including finding insurance estimates
3. Confidentially manage patient accounts
4. Schedule patient visits and answer pre-visit questions, including about billing
5. Ensure compliance with professional standards & regulatory requirements
6. Provide patient consultations and recommended treatments
7. Discuss cost of service, insurance coverage, and payment options with the patient
8. Work as a team player to ensure each patient receives the best service possible
9. Schedule any necessary outpatient appointments
10. Get prior authorizations for procedures
11. Scan documents into patient charts
12. Meet with patients and families regarding treatments, procedures, medications, and continuing care.
