Insurance Coordination: Assist with processing insurance claims and paperwork, providing support to customers in understanding their coverage.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the pharmacy's product offerings, including over-the-counter medications, to assist customers effectively.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification or training related to pharmacy services is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in a retail or healthcare setting can be beneficial, though many roles provide on-the-job training.
Skills: Effective communication and customer service skills, basic mathematical aptitude, and proficiency in using computer systems.
Certifications: Not typically required, but certification as a Pharmacy Assistant or related training can be advantageous.
