Quality Executive for Sakra World Hospital – Bangalore

Job Description

1. Understand customer needs and requirements
2. Review specifications for products or processes
3. Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance
4. Ensure adherence to Food safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
5. Assist in existing Quality Control procedures/SOPs for primary processing of Food products including but not limited to Pulses, Food grains, Oilseeds, Spices etc.
6. Checking and ensuring Raw Material Quality & Processed Material Quality as per the quality specifications on a day to day basis
7. Assist in food handling and processing activities at Distribution centres and warehouses.
8. Coordinate with the Operations and Sales teams for implementing Quality Assurance
9. Coordinate with the Operations team to identify process correction to eliminate deviation from quality standards
