Job Description: The Registrar in Obstetrics/Gynecology is responsible for managing patient care in the obstetrics and gynecology department under the supervision of senior medical staff. This role includes diagnosing and treating patients, managing labor and delivery, and providing postnatal and gynecological care.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct examinations and assessments of OB/GYN patients to determine appropriate care and treatment plans.
Manage the care of pregnant women throughout their pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum period.
Perform minor gynecological surgeries and procedures as necessary.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Educate patients on reproductive health, prenatal care, postnatal care, and contraceptive options.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Participate in on-call rotations to handle emergencies related to obstetrics and gynecology.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients.

Education Qualifications: Medical degree from an accredited institution.
Completed residency in obstetrics and gynecology.
Valid medical license and accreditation in the field of obstetrics and gynecology.
Additional certification in areas such as maternal-fetal medicine or reproductive endocrinology may be preferred.
