Job Description: The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets by promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to distributors, retailers, and healthcare providers. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients, including pharmacies, hospitals, and distributors.
Product Promotion: Promote pharmaceutical products to clients by explaining benefits and features.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Order Management: Process client orders, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment.
Compliance: Adhere to pharmaceutical industry regulations and ethical sales practices.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and territory performance.
Event Participation: Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and promotional events.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and supply chain teams to align sales efforts with company strategies.

Education Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Preferred: Certifications in Sales or Marketing are an advantage.
Experience: Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; entry-level candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are also considered.
