Job Description

1. Design compensation and benefits package

2. Develop new HR policies and update the existing ones based on the company’s values and ensure employees adhere to and comply with them

3. Execute the employee’s annual review procedures

4. Counsel employees as required

5. Conduct exit interviews to understand the reason for termination

6. Organise events and conferences for employees

7. Manage workplace safety issues and complaints

8. Create and refer bonus program

9. Measure and understand employee retention and turnover rates
