Job Description: The Senior HR Executive is a key role within the human resources department, focusing on managing various HR functions such as recruitment, staff development, and employee relations. This position involves strategic planning and execution to ensure HR policies align with the goals of the organization and that the workforce is supported and motivated.

Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process to attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.
Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing any issues that arise and working to resolve conflicts.
Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional growth within the company.
Performance Management: Coordinate the performance review process, including setting evaluation criteria, scheduling reviews, and ensuring constructive feedback.
Policy Formulation: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure they are fair and consistent.
Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
HR Metrics: Monitor and report on HR metrics like turnover rates and hiring costs to aid strategic decision-making.

Education Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
Experience: Several years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in managing multiple HR functions.
Skills: Strong knowledge of employment law, proficiency in HRM software, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
