- To provide inspirational and creative leadership to the Marketing Manager, and Marketing Co-ordinator, ensuring the teams remain focused, delegating responsibilities to maximize potential
- Monitor and develop effectiveness of campaigns and marketing spends
- Manage allocated project budgets
- Uphold brand values whilst pushing boundaries and challenging the norm in an ever changing broadcasting marketing landscape
- Able to decipher media plans and challenge responses
- Ensuring the creative briefs are as brilliant, informative, relevant and insightful as possible to ensure we deliver the highest standard of marketing campaigns creative output
