Job Description: Senior Plastic Surgeons are experienced medical professionals specializing in surgical procedures to enhance or reconstruct physical appearance. They lead surgical teams, consult with patients, and ensure high-quality care in aesthetic and reconstructive surgeries.
Key Responsibilities: Patient Consultation: Assess patients’ needs, discuss treatment options, and develop personalized surgical plans.
Surgical Procedures: Perform complex surgical interventions such as breast reconstruction, facelifts, rhinoplasty, and body contouring.
Team Leadership: Supervise surgical teams, including surgical assistants, nurses, and anesthesiologists, ensuring efficient and safe procedures.
Research and Innovation: Stay updated with advancements in plastic surgery techniques, contribute to research, and adopt innovative practices.
Patient Care: Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, manage complications, and ensure patients’ well-being throughout the treatment process.
Education and Training: Mentor junior surgeons, participate in educational programs, and contribute to professional development in plastic surgery.
Education Qualifications: Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Completion of a Plastic Surgery Residency program.
Board certification in Plastic Surgery.
State medical licensure.
Proven experience in plastic surgery practice, preferably in leadership roles.
