Job Description: The Store Manager/Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of a retail location or supply chain network, managing the flow of goods from suppliers to end consumers. This dual role encompasses a wide range of activities including inventory management, logistics, procurement, and overall operational oversight to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in meeting business goals.

Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that the right products are available at the right time, optimizing inventory turnover and reducing waste.
Supply Chain Coordination: Oversee the entire supply chain operation, from procurement of goods to delivery to consumers, ensuring seamless operations across all stages.
Vendor Management: Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best terms and prices for goods and services while maintaining quality standards.
Logistics and Distribution: Manage logistics operations, including warehousing, distribution, and transportation to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Staff Management: Hire, train, and manage staff across various departments ensuring high performance and compliance with company policies.
Financial Oversight: Develop and manage budgets, control expenses, and analyze financial performance to ensure the store or supply chain operates within financial targets.
Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by improving the efficiency of the supply chain and resolving any issues that affect the quality of customer service.

Education Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
Experience: Proven experience in retail management or supply chain operations, with a track record of improving processes and achieving business goals.
Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, proficiency in supply chain management software, and excellent negotiation and communication skills.
