Team Lead – Front Desk

Job Description: As the Team Lead at the Front Desk, you will oversee and manage a team of front desk staff, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional customer service. Your role is pivotal in maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for visitors, clients, and staff.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily activities of front desk staff, including receptionists and administrative assistants.
Train new team members on front desk procedures, customer service standards, and use of office equipment.
Schedule and manage staff shifts, breaks, and coverage to ensure adequate support during operating hours.
Monitor and maintain the appearance and functionality of the front desk area and reception space.
Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Oversee visitor management, including greeting guests, signing in visitors, and directing them appropriately.
Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, appointments, and other front desk activities.
Education Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office management or hospitality is beneficial.
Proven experience (X years) in a front desk or customer service role, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., phone systems, printers).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
