Job Description: The Warehouse/Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing the storage, handling, and distribution of pharmaceutical products and raw materials. This role involves maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, optimizing warehouse operations, and managing the supply chain to support production and distribution goals.

Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products and raw materials.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure stock accuracy in line with GMP and regulatory requirements.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulations, including GDP (Good Distribution Practices), WHO-GMP, and Schedule M standards.
Storage Standards: Maintain proper storage conditions for pharmaceutical products, including temperature and humidity monitoring.
Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with procurement, production, and distribution teams to ensure seamless material and product flow.
Process Optimization: Implement lean practices to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory, transactions, and warehouse operations for audits and regulatory purposes.
Team Management: Lead and train warehouse staff to ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to inventory discrepancies, damage, and theft.
Audit Preparation: Prepare for and support internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with quality and safety standards.

Education Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred: Certification in Warehouse Management, Inventory Control, or Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS, CPIM).
Experience: Proven experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage warehouse operations efficiently.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with GDP, GMP, and other pharmaceutical storage and distribution guidelines.
Leadership: Capability to lead and train warehouse teams.
Problem-Solving: Skill in resolving inventory discrepancies and operational challenges.
