Job Description
As the Purchase Manager for our Retail Pharmacy, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of pharmaceutical products and supplies to support operational needs and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Planning: Develop and execute procurement plans to meet the pharmacy’s inventory requirements and operational goals.
Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate terms and contracts to ensure competitive pricing and quality products.
Order Processing: Coordinate and oversee the ordering and purchasing of pharmaceuticals and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and accurate fulfillment.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, track usage patterns, and optimize stock levels to minimize shortages and excess inventory.
Quality Control: Ensure all purchased products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Budget Management: Manage procurement budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining product quality.

Education Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
X years of experience in procurement or purchasing management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.

Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management principles, and regulatory compliance.
