The Centre Head is a leadership role responsible for managing the overall operations of the center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services or programs, and achieving organizational goals.
This position involves strategic planning, staff management, budget oversight, and stakeholder engagement.
The Centre Head will lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the center's goals, in alignment with the broader organizational objectives.
Operations Management: Oversee the center's day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient management of resources, high-quality service delivery, and compliance with policies and regulations.
Staff Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of professionals. This includes recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and fostering professional development.
Financial Oversight: Develop and manage the center's budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and financial sustainability.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, community members, funders, and partners, to support the center's objectives.
Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure the center adheres to industry standards and regulations, and continuously works towards enhancing service quality and effectiveness.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular reports on the center's performance, challenges, and progress towards strategic goals.

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, education, social sciences, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar setting.
Strong understanding of budget management, strategic planning, and operations management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
Proficient in the use of technology for management and operational purposes.
