Confirmed Responsibilities
Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations using standardized tools and clinical interviews.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and therapeutic goals.
Deliver evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant modalities.
Provide counseling and psychological support to individuals coping with trauma, chronic illness, disability, or life transitions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, physicians, nurses, social workers, and rehabilitation professionals.
Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
Engage in crisis intervention and risk assessment for patients presenting with acute mental health concerns.
Contribute to mental health education, psychoeducation programs, and support group facilitation.
Participate in clinical supervision, peer consultation, and continuous professional development activities.
Support quality improvement and, where applicable, research initiatives within the service.
