IPD Staff Nurse

Patient Care: Administer medications, monitor patient vitals, and provide necessary treatment as prescribed by a physician. Assist in procedures and provide updates on patient status.
Care Planning: Develop and evaluate daily nursing care plans for patients based on their specific needs.
Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and report any significant changes in patient condition or incidents to appropriate medical team members.
Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on illness prevention, health maintenance, and the appropriate post-hospital treatment plan.
Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care is coordinated and effective.
Compliance: Follow hospital policies and procedures to comply with all health and safety regulations.
