Job Description

1. Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance.
2. Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads.
3. Employ, supervise and train workers.
4. Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities.
5. Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.
6. Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage.
7. Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.
